Wrangelstraße 19, 10997 Berlin, Germany

Email: concierge@avectoi-collection.com · Phone: +49 30 200076051

AVEC TOI Collection is a brand of HolidayHome Solutions GmbH.

2. General information

We process your personal data only in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and German data protection law. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person, such as your name, email address or travel preferences. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, Netherlands. When you visit our website, Framer automatically processes technical data (server log files), including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL and the time of access. This processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable provision of our website). Log data is not merged with other data sources.

Our email communication is operated via Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). When you email us, your message and email address are processed on Microsoft servers. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (communication before and during a contractual relationship) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of your inquiry) to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry relates to a potential or existing contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete this data once your request has been fully handled, unless statutory retention periods apply.

5. Inquiry form and CRM (HubSpot)

On our page "Begin Your Journey" we use a form provided by HubSpot Inc. (2 Canal Park, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA; in the EU: HubSpot Ireland Ltd., Dublin). When you submit the form, we process the details you provide: your name, email address, and — if you choose to share them — your phone number as well as your travel preferences, such as dream destination, occasion, travel timeframe, journey duration, stay type, travel preference, departure location, budget range and special wishes.

We use this data exclusively to prepare and send you a personal travel proposal and to manage our communication with you. The data is stored in our customer relationship management system (HubSpot CRM). If you book an appointment via HubSpot Meetings, your name, email address and the chosen appointment time are processed for scheduling purposes.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request). HubSpot may process data in the United States; HubSpot is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and we have concluded a data processing agreement with HubSpot in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

6. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address to send you our updates. We use the double opt-in procedure: you will receive a confirmation email, and your subscription only becomes active once you confirm it. We log the subscription and confirmation time to be able to demonstrate consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or by contacting us; the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal remains unaffected. Newsletter dispatch is handled via HubSpot (see section 5).

7. AI travel concierge (chat)

Our website offers an AI-based chat concierge operated with Chatbase (Chatbase Technologies Inc.). When you use the chat, the content of your messages is processed to answer your questions. If you choose to share contact details or travel preferences in the chat (for example as part of our short qualification questions), this information may be transferred to our CRM system (HubSpot, see section 5) so that we can follow up on your inquiry personally.

Please do not share sensitive personal data (such as health information) in the chat. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries efficiently). Chat data is deleted when no longer required for these purposes.

8. Cookies and consent

We use cookies and similar technologies only where necessary for the operation of the website or with your consent. When you first visit our website, a consent banner allows you to accept or decline non-essential cookies and to adjust your choice at any time later. Technically necessary processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and §25(2) TTDSG; all other cookies are used only with your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and §25(1) TTDSG. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via the cookie settings.

9. Analytics

Framer Analytics. We use the privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics feature of our hosting provider Framer to measure page views and general usage in aggregated form. No cookies are set and no personal profiles are created. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in understanding and improving the use of our website).

Google Analytics 4. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyse how visitors use our site. IP addresses are truncated before storage. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via our cookie banner). You can withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings.

10. Online advertising

We use, or will shortly introduce, the following advertising and measurement technologies to reach interested couples and measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. In each case, these tools are only activated with your consent via our cookie banner, and cookies or comparable technologies are used; data (such as pseudonymised identifiers, pages visited and form submissions) may be shared with the respective provider:

Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Dublin, Ireland) — for measuring and improving our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Where data is processed jointly with Meta, this is based on a joint controllership agreement pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR.

TikTok Pixel (TikTok Technology Ltd., Dublin, Ireland) — for measuring and improving our advertising on TikTok.

Google Ads conversion tracking (Google Ireland Ltd., Dublin, Ireland) — for measuring the success of our Google advertising campaigns.

Legal basis in each case: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via our cookie banner). Data may be transferred to the USA; the providers named are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings.

11. Fonts

We use fonts that are delivered locally through our hosting provider Framer. No connection to third-party font servers (such as Google Fonts servers) is established when you visit our website.

12. Social media links

Our website contains links to our profiles on Instagram and TikTok. These are plain links — no social media content is embedded, and no data is transferred to these platforms simply by visiting our website. When you follow a link, the privacy policy of the respective platform applies.

13. Your rights

You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us (Art. 15 GDPR), the right to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.

To exercise your rights, simply contact us at concierge@avectoi-collection.com.

14. Storage duration

We store personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by statutory retention obligations (in particular under German commercial and tax law, up to ten years for certain documents). Data processed on the basis of consent is deleted when you withdraw your consent, unless another legal basis applies.

15. Data security

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. Data you submit via our forms or the chat is transmitted in encrypted form.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy when our services or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
